In the course of this research there were studied the characteristics of existing parkings and parkings under construction in Saint-Petersburg (location, exterior, cost of a car parking space, service package). It was evaluated the competitive situation in the microdistrict, adjacent to the construction site of the parking; based on these data it was forecasted the volume of demand for parking spaces and determined the possible cost of a car parking space. Results of research were transferred to the Customer, which basing on obtained data made the decision to abandon the construction of parking in this location by the reason of law demand level.

In the course of execution of this project there were analyzed all available sources of secondary information. There was also compiled a base of all objects under construction with its characteristics (with the help of the method of failed purchase). As a result of research we have identified the main trends of the Saint-Petersburg primary dwelling market and given the forecast for its development, determined qualitative and quantitative characteristics of demand and supply of typical dwelling in various districts of the city.
